Returns & Exchanges

Introduction

At Yazu Wear India, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, the item you receive may not meet your expectations or needs, and we are happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within [Insert number of days] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Yazu Wear account.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” page and locate the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on “Return Items” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Provide a reason for the return and submit the return request.
  5. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  6. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and affix the shipping label to the package.
  7. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 12 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exchange Policy If you received a defective or incorrect item, or if you simply want to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to help. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined above for returns. When selecting the reason for the return, please choose “Exchange” and specify the size or color you would like to exchange for.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) within [Insert number of days] days. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Please note that the cost of return shipping for exchanges will be covered by Yazu Wear India.

Final Sale Items Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page carefully before purchasing to ensure that the item is not marked as final sale.
