Refund and Returns Policy

At Yazu Wear India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the terms and conditions below.

  1. RETURNS

1.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@yazuwear.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

1.3 All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

1.4 We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

1.5 The cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

1.6 Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  1. EXCHANGES

2.1 If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at care@yazuwear.in with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item(s).

2.2 All exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2.3 We will not accept exchanges for any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

2.4 The cost of shipping for the exchanged item(s) will be at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2.5 Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will process the exchange within 7 business days.

  1. REFUNDS

3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 We will refund the cost of the item(s) only, and not the cost of shipping or any applicable taxes.

3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at care@yazuwear.in within 7 days of receipt.

4.2 We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and will cover the cost of return shipping.

4.3 Once we receive the damaged or defective item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
